Agreement

• The owner/seller must agree to sell his/her car to Great Western Auto Dismantlers Pty Ltd (GWAD) registered business for recycling and metal merchandising with due regulation of Fair Trading NSW.

• By signing this form, he/she will have no chance of cancelling the sales as Great Western Auto Dismantlers Pty Ltd is not handling cars in a way to avoid any damage and is mainly for dismantling all vehicles and bears no responsibilities.

• If the car is damaged or hooked from a point of interest, it is the owner/seller’s risk.

• The owner/seller by signing this form must agree that the vehicle is free of any debt/finance/mortgage or is not stolen.

• He/she after signing this form passes all rights to GWAD and will have no right to sell it again after signing this form.

• All valuables and belongings should be removed prior to towing. GWAD is not responsible, and there is no guarantee of return.

• He/she is over 18 years of age and understands this is a legally binding contract.

• There will be no return of car, parts, or any valuables after signing this form.

• By signing this form, he/she understands and accepts all conditions above for the reason of the contract of sales.

• He/she agrees on the price below and GWAD will not pay more even if the market value of the car is much more, and is for scrap.
